Experience is the best way to earn a higher salary, and even though it’s often measured in years, getting time on different projects is the way to get practical experience in different areas.

Speak to your team leader or project manager to see if there are any other kinds of projects that you can work on. Try to find projects that are Java related but allow you to learn something else.

Learn New Skills
